Graphics Card Drivers

If you use a multiple monitor system, outdated graphics card drivers can impact the performance of screen updates. It is recommended that you install the latest graphics card driver software.

  1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to My Computer.
  2. Right-click My Computer, then select Properties. The System Properties dialog box opens.
  3. Select the Hardware tab and then click Device Manager.
  4. Navigate to Display adapters and then click the + symbol to expand the view. Take note of the details of the graphics card(s) installed on your computer.
  5. Contact the manufacturer of your graphics card driver to upgrade your software, or visit their website and download the latest graphics card driver software.

Note: You may need Windows Administrator privileges to install new software.
