Traded Orders provides a complete list of trades actioned against the accounts available to the current user. By default, trades are kept for 3 days. However, this is a custom server setting that can be configured by the broker.
Click the Orders menu on the application menu bar.
Hover the cursor over the arrow to the right of the Traded Orders item.
Click the frame the Traded Orders command is to open in.

In the Account list, select the account to view. If you only have one account, the traded orders for the account display automatically.
Select an account by doing one of the following:

Note: The Account list may not be available if you only have access to one account. In this case, all orders for the account display automatically. |
In the Account list, select an account. Select ALL ACCOUNTS to view orders for all accounts.
Click the Account Navigator
button to locate an account. If you have multiple accounts
and attempt to create an order before selecting an account, the Account
Navigator displays automatically.
View orders for an advisor
If you have advisor set access, you can view orders for the accounts in the advisor sets.
In the Advisor Set list, select an advisor set. To pick an account, select <No Advisor Set> and follow the steps in View orders for an account.
In the Advisor list, select an advisor. Select <All Advisors> to view orders for all advisors.
Set the date range:
Click the Today bullet to view trades for the current day only.
or
Click the Range bullet to display the Start Date and End Date fields and set a historical date range.
Click the Start Date or End Date boxes to change the date range. A calendar drops down displaying the current date.
To change the month, select an option from the Month list.
To change the year, select an option from the Year list.
Click the number to select a day. A red box appears around that number indicating the selection.

Note: You can click the Today button to reset the date to today. |
Click OK.
Click Request.
An order that has been traded in multiple parts can be consolidated and view it as a single line of information in the Traded Orders command.
Open the Traded Orders command.
Tick the Consolidate Trades checkbox.
Click Request. Orders are consolidated by security code and price and show the time of the last trade.
