You can create custom key combinations which open a specific command in a predefined location. If a security is selected and the key opens a pricing-related command, the command opens and displays the selected security. To set up custom keys, select the menu path User > Custom Keys.
You can chart real GDP (adjusted for inflation) in the Chart command by typing GDPA in the Code box, selecting Quarterly from the list box and clicking Request.
The /DFSINDEX watchlist lists special indices which calculate index prices more frequently and include pre-open match pricing for each index in the watchlist.
You can view a security's price earnings, dividend yield or implied volatility by typing a code into the Chart command.
For price earnings, type PE after the security code. e.g. BHPPE
For dividend yield, type DY after the security code. e.g. BHPDY
For implied volatility, type IV after the security code. e.g. BHPIV
You can drag a code into the Market Map command to highlight the box for that security.
In the Order Status command, you can double-click on an order to amend the order.
